Gonna be a hot one!! Use your best judgement about running. and alter your pace and distance. If you choose to run, we are planning an out and back 4 miler with water at start, finish and 2 mile turn around. If you plan to go any longer, get an early start or loop around so you have water available. Be safe this weekend!
